The raw milk cheese dairy Backensholz in Oster-Ohrstedt is looking for an apprentice dairy technologist in full time for the training year 2027. During the apprenticeship, applicants learn planning and control of milk processing, traditional cheesemaking craft and daily tasks such as turning cheese, brine bath, needling and packaging including cleaning and weekend work according to the shift schedule.
