The raw-milk cheese dairy and Backensholzer Hof in Oster-Ohrstedt are looking for a cook for the lunch buffet, day-to-day operations in the bistro, and events on the organic farm. The position is advertised as a full-time daytime role on weekdays starting immediately, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30 and few or no evening or weekend shifts. Duties include stock control, meal planning, and compliance with HACCP guidelines in the farm kitchen. A completed vocational training, kitchen experience, team spirit, and good German skills in speaking and writing are expected.
