For the bakery in Grundhof, Peter Thaysen GmbH und Co KG is looking for apprentices to become bakers. In the production facility of the Bioland bakery, bread, small baked goods and other baked products are made from organic raw materials, including wholegrain products from grain freshly milled daily. The apprenticeship teaches traditional craft baking according to Bioland guidelines with natural dough leavening and regional ingredients.
